VINEYARD

  • Region : Red Bordeaux AOC – “Côtes de Bourg”
  • Surface : Around 11 Ha on 45Ha Vignobles Plaisance
  • Sol : Clay mixed with fragmented limestone
  • Vines : 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Malbec.
  • Cultural Method : Driven in “reasoned culture”, cut simple and double guyot, with grass a row on two.

VINIFICATION

  • Maceration : Cold maceration before fermentation.
  • Fermentation : Fermentation in Thermo-regulated tanks, soft cuvaison during approximately 3 weeks.
  • Growing : In thermo regulated tanks, and a part in oak barrels.
  • Oenologist : Mickaël Bruneteau

  • Bronze Medal in Beaune Feminalise 2015

TASTING NOTES

  • Beautiful red color.
  • Expressive nose on fruity notes, and small toasted wooded flavors.
  • Round and soft, beautiful length in mouth.
